Please note that in addition to in-person visits, Dr. Blain also provides therapy online to patients located in Ohio.

Off-street parking is available behind the office via the driveway to the right of the building. Metered parking is available in front of the building. The front door is locked to the public. Please call or text Dr. Blain upon your arrival at 513-400-3942.
